The Peterborough show was held last weekend. The weather on Saturday was wet and windy. On the Sunday it was mainly dry and windy making for a better turnout. As you can see below, there was a good turn out of Magenta's including a Sprint that was orange (see picture below) when I saw it at Stoneleigh. This is a show we, as a club should target to get as many cars to as possible, as well as Stoneleigh and Newark. There where plenty of trade stalls and exhibitors to take in and buy bits off. I hope as a club we can get together more often and make a bigger name for our selves. I have spoken to the car magazines and if we can get enough car together, they will do an article on the Magenta mark.
So come on lets fill a stand.

I am sad to report the loss of Royston Bryan-Harris who passed away on Friday 28th March.
His Magenta was one of the first made in the early 70's and is still in his
garage.
Royston set up the original Magenta Register and lots of people will remember him.
His white Magenta AAC 562B won the Austin 1100 club's award for the kits built from an Austin 1100/1300's on several occaisions.
